Kenzie was an outstanding choice for my first time buying a home. She was always quick with a response, very quick to call back on the rare occasion she didn't answer the phone, and extremely informative. She would find different ways of explaining something if it still didn't make sense after the first explanation. Kenzie is the most pro-active and most communicative and organized realtor I’ve ever worked with in my 15 house transactions. She is super nice and energetic. She is adept at negotiating and holds her ground and explains what are reasonable buyer and seller requests versus not. She is competent in home repairs and remodeling so quick with resolutions to questions on condition of homes we visited. All recommendations on inspections regarding multiple home systems were excellent, we will be those companies in the future.
